We manage a shared house in Naka-Urawa and rent rooms to foreigners and Japanese wishing to live in a house share environment.
The house has four private bedrooms (Two of them are tatami-rooms which fits 8 tatami 12sq meters) which are fully furnished.
Two toilets, furnished kitchen and bathroom, living room are shared.
Apple Shared House is located in very close to Naka-Urawa station.
It takes 5 min on foot from the station.
Naka-Urawa is a safe and quiet area and very convenient to get into central Tokyo. Shinjuku 25min,
Shibuya 35min ,by the Saikyo-line.
This shared house is managed by Apple English School. The caretaker speaks English who is kind and friendly which is good for foreigners who are not familiar with Japan or Japanese.
The candidate can look inside the house for inspection to see if they like.
And if you wish to live, you will be required to have an interview with the manager and the landlady.
